Line a baking tray with parchment paper, preheat oven to 200°c.

Mix butter and grated jaggery till well combined, add in lightly beaten egg 🥚 mix gently, add vanilla extract, salt 🧂, fennel seeds and mix everything together.

Add whole wheat flour 🌾, baking powder, baking soda to the wet mixture and swirl everything together to form a dough, take around 1-2 tbsp of dough, form a ball and flatten a little, you can create any pattern of your choice on the top of biscuits🫓.

Bake biscuits for 10 mins, remove the biscuits 🫓from the oven, wait for 2 mins and remove them to wire rack to cool completely, wait for 10 mins, jaggery biscuits 🫓 are ready to serve.

Note: these biscuits can be stored in an air tight container for a week. Enjoy these healthy biscuits 🫓.
