3 cupscooked rice
1/2 cupcabbage shredded
1capsicum sliced
1carrot sliced
4sp Schezwan chutney
1sp soya sauce
1sp garlic chopped
1sp coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste
1/2sp pepper crushed
2sp oil

Heat oil on high flame add garlic, cabbage, capsicum,carrot and saute for a while.

Add Schezwan chutney mix it then add cooked rice, soya sauce,salt, pepper mix it well,cook for a while.

Schezwan Rice is ready to serve/enjoy.
