  • 1 kgYam fingers
  • 1/2 tspCrushed Turmeric
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 2 tbsCornflour
  • oil for frying

    Wash yam fingers well,rinse and drain

  2. 2

    Add salt and Turmeric, cornflour,toss with a big sieve to mix well

  3. 3

    Leave for 1hr

    Heat up oil in a pot or pan,deep fry till crispy

    Drain in a paper towel

  6. 6

    Enjoy with dip or drink of choice
