Mizuna Salad with Tofu Dipping Sauce

I wanted to make something different from the usual mizuna salad with tofu!
*Serve with lots of dip! Make sure to mix well before eating.
*The dip is well-flavored to accompany the vegetables, but you can adjust the seasonings to your liking. For 2 servings. Recipe by yasu-pooh

Steps
- 1
Drain the tofu. Chop mizuna greens into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Break the tofu apart with your hands, and put into a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix.
- 3
Spread out the mizuna greens onto a serving dish. Top with the dip made in Step 2, and enjoy.
- 4
Also good with daikon sprouts, shredded lettuce, and thinly sliced tomatoes. I recommend serving shiso leaves with tomatoes!
