Salt-Flavored Yakisoba Noodles with Lots of Leek

I wanted to make yakisoba noodles, but didn't have any cabbage. So I just added a ton of leek. My son said, "You made this recipe, Mom? I'm impressed!"
The secret ingredient is... love!
I'm just kidding!
Warm the yakisoba noodles in advance in the microwave. This way the noodles will untangle easily and cook quicker. For 2 servings. Recipe by Mangetsu152000

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the pork into 2 cm pieces, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- 2
Cut up the leek. This tastes better with lots of leek.
- 3
Microwave the yakisoba noodles for 1 minute 40 seconds at 600 W.
- 4
Heat oil in a frying pan.
- 5
Stir fry the pork.
- 6
When the color changes...
- 7
...add the warmed yakisoba noodles.
- 8
Stir-fry while untangling the noodles. Add the sake and season with salt, pepper and chicken stock granules. (You could also use Weipa chicken soup paste)
- 9
Add the leek and continue stir frying.
- 10
Taste and adjust the seasoning. Drizzle on sesame oil to finish. So easy!
- 11
Top with beni-shoga pickled ginger if available, and enjoy.
- 12
You can use green onions instead of the leek.

Seriously Delicious Leek and Salted Pork Yakisoba Noodles Seriously Delicious Leek and Salted Pork Yakisoba Noodles

So I thought I'd try making the noodles with salted pork sauce.Even my critical family who usually says things like "this looked a lot better in the photo" said this was amazing! It's a recipe I'm actually confident about.Fry the noodles slowly in a generous amount of oil, pressing down on it with a spatula so that it gets crispy.Adjust the amount of salt used depending on the kind of salt and your taste. The noodles don't have any saltiness, so I think it tastes best with a generous amount of added salt.East while mixing up the noodles and the sauce with your chopsticks. For 3 servings. Salt-Flavored Yakisoba Noodles with Crispy Onion and Chikuwa Fish Sticks Salt-Flavored Yakisoba Noodles with Crispy Onion and Chikuwa Fish Sticks
I wanted to impress my yakisoba-loving husband, so I used the ingredient list on a packet of instant yakisoba noodles as a guide to creating this recipe!Slice the onion with the grain (lengthwise), and flavor it at the end. This prevents the onion from getting too watery and retains the crispy texture. When de-tangling the noodles in Step 1, add a little water to the bag before adding them to the pan and it will go smoothly. (Apparently this is what they do at my husband's favorite yakisoba restaurant.) You can use ordinary salt, but sun-dried natural sea salt will make the dish really delicious! For 2 to 3 servings.
