Gather all ingredients as shown in the picture.

Prepare the pasta: Boil a pot of water with a pinch of salt, and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water.

Cook the shrimp: Use the pasta water to blanch the shrimp until cooked. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Prepare the vegetables: Soak the romaine in cold water, then chop into small pieces. Remove the thick stems from the dill and chop finely. Mince the garlic.

Make the dressing: In a bowl, mix the plain yogurt, drained shrimp, dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper.
