Stir Fried Black Pepper Beef (with lots of crunch from the onion & chilli)

First attempt and it turns out really good!
I love black pepper hence this is the perfect dish!
It did leave me feeling heaty for a bit. 😅
p/s: The ingredients is not measured properly as I just kinda…estimate and throw. But when I make this dish again, I’ll update it. 😇

Steps
- 1
Boiled the meat till it soften. It’ll probably take about 30-45 minutes or so.
Once done, sliced the meat thinly.
Fry the meat until you notice it changes colour (this would take about 5 mins)
p/s: you can use the meat broth and make soup as well
- 2
Prep all the ingredients as so
- 3
In a hot pan, with olive oil, throw in the chopped garlic in.
After it turns brownish, add on all the sauces (Oyster sauce, Soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Black Pepper sauce)
Add the corn flour mixed with water into the pan.
- 4
Add in all the other ingredients (onion, red and green chilli, spring onion) including the meat into the pan.
Mix and cook them well and for about 10 minutes.
And you’re done!
