Donut filled recipe

Umluqs
Umluqs @umluqs

This dough turned out bit tougher than would for donuts ,but worked at end because could hold of loving fillings in the centre which balanced out the textures lovely.
and also ,straight from cooking they may be rounded but with time they may soften bit and collapse but still maintain structure.so versatile to any filling alhamdulillah..
There may be other ways of making the discs to have a center in midd for filling in so feel free to use those inshaallah.

  3. 3

Mix in the flour and mix/ Knead to combine.add just a bit oil to help knead.once about half way risen (pinch dough or look all side of bowl can tell by the bubbles in dough, and can start feel bit soft and can start smell the yeast see first pic here)
cover over and let rise the pictures shown was how dough looked like at different stages of rising

  4. 4

This can take between hour or so to rise, but here put in fridge and further risen in fridge which was created stronger yeast smell
After risen, divide the dough in 2 and can freeze remaining half in food bag for other time. Today used one half to make about 10 medium size

  5. 5

With the dough, you can divide again to make rolling easier as this was a bit tough dough.or can make one time rolling if have enough rolling space and dough is bit softer. now roll out also can do in stages.
Now once about 4 millimeter thick, cut out discs here I stuck together two disc and rolled over and cut out around it again, to make bit thicker (and to get that room to fill while frying)
Pls note that smaller disc result to profiteroles look alike alhamdulillah

  7. 7

To fill, use the filling can still be warm because they are running and can be pulled up easier using a child's medicine clean syringe dispensers easily found around Inshaallah. That worked best as small tool and use about 3, 5 milliliter
    full fo each.
