  • 1scotch bonnet
  • Small size onions
  • 1maggi cube
  • Cooked meat
  • Dried spring onions
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Ginger powder
  • Curry powder

    Heat oil in a pan add meat and onions and fry until it’s soft

    Add scotch bonnet and fry together

    Add curry powder,ginger powder and salt

    Add maggi cube and stir

    Put boiled potatoes in the pan

    Then combine together,sprinkle some dried spring onions and stir
