In a bowl combined maida, a pinch of salt and baking powder sieve it and keep aside... Then add melted butter mix....add castor sugar as needed add cold milk as needed. Mix it properly there will be no lumps on it....

The batter should be flowing in consistency... Meanwhile preheat oven 180 degree C for 5 minutes....Now prepare cake tin.Apply butter and maida in a tin....spread it evenly...

Pour the batter in a prepared tin.... Don't tap it.The air will be form... Now sprinkle the crushed cashew nuts... Bake for 180 degree C for 20 minutes....After 20 minutes check it with a fork....I the fork is clean.It shows the cake is ready... Cut it into slices..

Transfer to a serving.....plate... Ready to serve with evening tea...
