I was in a hurry and didn’t realise that the puff pastry I bought was round shape. Hence, the not so pretty rolls, but it’s still good for apéro.

I was in a hurry and didn’t realise that the puff pastry I bought was round shape. Hence, the not so pretty rolls, but it’s still good for apéro.

Half the puff pastry, mine was 230g. If you use all you can frost the rest. Just double the meat.

Mix the minced meat with the seasoning, if you use seasoned sausage meat, no need to do this. The mustard and onion chutney do give some oomph though.

Put the sausage mix in the middle of the pastry, roll it. Make a light diagonal slit on each of the mini roll, brush them with the milk.

Pop them into the lightly oiled air fryer. 10 minutes at 200°C (adjust accordingly).
