Nutty fruitty salad

Healthy, creamy and delicious shake or salad made with nuts, dry fruits and fresh fruit for nutritious breakfast, after school drink, this Nutty Fruitty Salad is the ideal beverage for a quick energy boost throughout the day! You even serve it as a dessert.
This milkshake or salad is very filling so I usually skip a meal after drinking it.
You can add your favourite nuts and dry fruits. I just used almonds, cashew and walnuts along with dates and figs. You can increase or decrease the quantity of each nut or dry fruit to suit your tastebuds.
This drink is naturally sweet thanks to the dates and figs. I added brown sugar, which is optional, for some picky eaters!
Instead of saffron you can use ground cardamom and cinnamon as they are cooling spices.
I stored the extra nuts paste in an air-tight container in the fridge and used it within 2-3 days.
This drink/salad is also ideal for growing kids and can be used to substitute energy drinks.
