Steps

Cut the paneer into cubes and also cut capsicum and onion. seprate the onion shells
In a bowl add curd,all powder spices,mix well. Add gram flour and mustard oil. - 2
Add both sauce,lemon juice and mix nicely.add paneer cubes and onion,capsicum

Mix gently that the marination coated well. Keep aside for 30 minutes

Take wooden skewer,.Skewer paneer cubes alternating with onion, capsicum, Repeat with other paneer cubes.
Add 1tsp butter and oil on a grilled pan. Place the screwer in pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. - 5
When grilled marks look flip them and cook from other side.Once done, the skewers will look roasted on the outside. Remove and place on a plate. Sprinkle chat masala and drizzle lemon juice then served.
