Steps

Boil the udon noodles. In the meantime, mix the ☆ ingredients together in a bowl.

Put the freshly boiled noodles in the bowl from Step 2. There's no need to shake the cooking water off the noodles.

Mix well.

Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle on top with nori seaweed or shio-kombu and enjoy.
