Coat beef strips in flour and stock powder mix.

Fry beef strips on high heat until browned. Roughly 5 minutes. Do in batches, don't over crowd the pan. Remove from pan

Fry mushrooms and onions on medium heat until cooked

Add sour cream, tomato sauce and beef stroganoff sauce
- 5
Add beef strips shortly before serving

Serve with pasta of your choice. Bowtie pasta is my go to favourite for beef stroganoff

If the sauce is too thick, add pasta water until desired consistency
