Grate the Potatoes.

Mix grated Potato, turmeric powder,green chillies, gram & white flour, salt & a little water. Mix it well.

Heat oil in Kadai. After that, turn the flame low. Fry pakora in it in low flame. Fry it both side well. Now Fritters are ready to serve with Sauce as a snacks or rice & Dal.
