Creamy Prawn Curry

Marinade prawns with little salt + turmeric powder for 10 -15 minutes.

Fry till golden brown and keep aside.

Assemble ingredients

Beat fresh Malai / Cream and keep aside

In moderately heated pan add 1 tbsp Oil and fry potato till golden brown and keep aside.

In same pan add remaining oil allow to heat, add cumin seeds +
Bay leaf and allow to crackle, then add the masala paste + 3 tbsp water and sauté till rawness from masala goes off and masala leaves oil. Add fried potatoes in this stage. - 7
Add 2 cup water and wait for a boil, cook for 4-5 minutes under high flame.

Add prawns + sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes more. Lastly add Malai / cream and mix well.

Cook for around 2 minutes and Dish is done.

Serve hot hot with steamed Rice.
