Dry roast rava till it's slightly browned.
Add rava, mango pulp, sugar, curd and water and mix well to form a smooth batter and keep aside it covered for 10 minutes.
Heat water in a pressure cooker - 2
Add baking soda and baking powder to the mixture just before steaming and fold well
Grease the idli mould and place the cashews on each mould.
Spoon the batter on top of the cashews and steam for 6-7 minutes. - 3
Check if,It's done by inserting a knife or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove from the steamer and let it cool for 5 mins - 4
Remove from mould and serve with mango sauce (optional).
