Wash chanadal 3-4 times properly and soaked overnight. Then remove water and dry on thick cloth.

Take a kadhai heat oil. Add chanadal and stir nicely till crispy. Take it out in a kitchen towel. Now add chaat masala and salt. Mix properly. Roasted Masala Chanadal is ready now.

Take a large bowl add chanadal, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chilli and lemon juice. Mix everything well. Masala Chanadal chaat is ready now. Serve it in a paper cone and enjoy....😋😋
