Firstly soak chana daal for overnight.
Then rinse its water and grind it with green chilly and ginger. - 2
Then take a wheat flour in one bowl add water and salt to make tight dough and keep it to rest for five minutes.

Now take a grind daal and add salt to it.

Now make a small puri from dough and fill the daal mixture in it and close it from the sides like ghujiya.

Take a water in one big vessel and fill half of it with water.when water gets boiled add the 6-7 ghujiya in it one by one.

Cover it for 10 minutes, then repeat this process till all it done.

Take out all in one plate and cut it small pieces.

Now take a wok and heat the oil and add chopped onion to it till it gets golden brown.

Add pieces of gujhiya in it,Add turmeric,Red chilly,amchur powder and salt to taste, fry it till it gets golden.

Now ready to eat and Serve it with chutney.
