Today I have made tasty spicy delicious mirchi bhajiya chaat.
It's snacks recipe for rainy season. It's very easy to make.

Wash the mirchi and wipe nicely then slit them and remove all seeds. Keep aside. Take a bowl add mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves mix all ingredients well. Now fill the potato mixture into the slits mirchi, keep aside.

Take a bowl add besan, rice flour, turmeric powder, baking soda, salt and 1 tbsp hot oil mix it well and add little water at a time and make a smooth semi thick bhajiya batter.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, take stuff chilli and coat it with the batter and fry them on low flame until crisp and golden brown all sides, take out in absorbent paper. Keep aside for cool down.

Now cut the fried mirchi into the round slices and place it on the serving plate. Spread some sweet tamarind chutney, spicy green chutney, chopped onion, coriander leaves and sprinkle little chaat masala powder, roasted cumin powder.

Mirchi Bhajiya Chaat is ready, garnish with masala bundi.
