Add water to a pot and a 5ml salt. Wait for water to come to a boil then add in your pasta. Cook pasta for 25/30 minutes until cooked. Strain and set aside for later.

Cut and clean your chicken pieces. Season (any seasoning of your choice for example salt, chilli powder, black pepper)

In a pan add 5ml oil, once the oil is hot enough add in half of your sliced onions, half of your chopped up garlic and half of your chillies. Once onions are turning brown add in your chicken, stir then cover to cook for 15-20 minutes.
Remember to stir. Turn Stove temp• to medium
Once the chicken turns white and loses the pinkish colour, it is cooked!
Set aside in a clean bowl - 4
Cooking the sauce in the same pan (remember to stir continuously to avoid sticking)

Add in the other half of your chillies and the other half of your chopped up garlic and onions. Allow to cook for a minute.Add in your fresh cream, once it comes to a boil add in 100ml milk.
Stove temp• medium
Then add your cheese and stir until thick. Add in your seasoning (e.g salt, black pepper, butter popcorn spice)

The sauce should not be a milk like consistency instead it should be thick and creamy. Add in your chicken and pasta to your pan and ready to eat!
