White sauce is used in many dishes and especially in pasta.I use it in baked vegetables also.Its creamy texture is awesome.In this recipe I have used Ragi pasta and there is one more twist.I made my white sauce in garlic flavour which makes it more tasty.

Boil 3 cups of water with salt and 1 tb.spoon.oil.Add pasta.Cook on high flame for 6-7 min.Strain it.Keep it aside.

Heat butter in a pan,add all-purpose flour.Fry it on low heat.There shouldn't be raw smell of all-purpose flour.Switch off the gas stove,now add milk and keep on stirring to avoid lumps.When flour is completely dissolve then cook it for 2-3 min.or the sauce becomes thick.

Add salt,black pepper,oregano and chilli flakes.Mix it well. Let it cool.

Mix white sauce and boiled pasta.Your ragi pasta in white sauce is ready to serve.
