Because my husband doesn't like vegetables, I usually make it only with bacon, eggs, and cheese. This time, since I'm posting this recipe, I added lettuce and tomatoes to make it more colorful.

To make things clear, I designed this recipe so that the ingredients are divided into left and right, but adjust to make it easier for you. For 1 serving. Recipe by Tomoniku

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2 sliceBread (sliced into eighths)
  2. 1Egg
  3. 1Bacon or Ham
  4. 1Sliced cheese
  5. 1/2to 1 Lettuce ※Optional
  6. 1/2Tomato ※Optional
  7. 1to 1 1/2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  8. 1 tbspKetchup
  9. 1 smallamount Vegetable oil (to fry the eggs)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Chop the lettuce into sizes that would fit in the bread. Chop the bacon in half, and the tomatoes in half then into half-moons

  2. 2

Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in the frying pan and make fried eggs. Crush the yolk with a spatula and spread out.

  3. 3

When the egg whites are browned, add bacon on top as if covering the eggs. Cook for a few minutes over low to medium heat. You can also fry the bacon separately, if there's space.

  4. 4

Shake the frying pan and flip over. ※Use a spatula if you wish. If you're cooking the bacon separately, cook both sides.

  5. 5

Toast the bread, and spread mayonnaise on one side.

  6. 6

If you're adding tomatoes, spread 1 leaf of lettuce, then top the tomatoes.

  7. 7

On the left, put 2 leaves of lettuce and 1 slice of cheese. Spread ketchup on the right. Put the cheese directly on if you don't have lettuce.

  8. 8

Top the cooked eggs and bacon on the right. It might be hard to sandwich, so you could put the eggs and bacon on top of the cheese.

  9. 9

Sanwich, and slice diagonally. ※If it's falling apart, you could hold it with a toothpick before slicing.

  10. 10

Dish it up and enjoy. It's so colorful with lettuce.
