With spray oil in a wok cook the shallot, mushrooms and set aside.

In a pan fill with pint of water add stock and chopped asparagus and boil for 10 minutes.
Let cool and blitz.
Then add the mushrooms and shallot and chicken. - 3
With cornflour add the milk and stir, then add to pan and keep stirring on a medium heat until it thicken a little then add the corn and keep on simmer and serve.
