Boil the Arbi 1whiesl। Then cool it's।

Pell the Arbi cut small pieces।

A kadhai put the oil smoke then add Arbi and frying hot flame cooking।

2minutes fry now low flame add masala,salt them frying।

5min cooking high flame it's crunchy on the Arbi।

Golden brown the Arbi masala recipe done।

Garma garam serve with roti, rice or whatever snack do you want।
