Add eggs, garlic, pepper, salt and sugar in a mixer jar and grind well..

Add 1/4 cup of oil and grind it well.. Add vinegar to it and mix it well.. Again add oil and grind it thick consistency..

Transfer the mayonnaise to a bowl and mix it with chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, herbs.... finally add food color mix it...

Now tandoori mayonnaise is ready..
