Gingery Chicken and Tofu Hot Pot

I particularly recommend this when you are tired of plain boiled tofu.
It's a healthy recipe that can be eaten like soup when you want to warm yourself up from the inside.
Raise your body temperature to increase your immunity and beat all the cold viruses!
Chicken collagen and tofu is good for your skin.
Just cut and boil; no need for special techniques, just don't boil the vegetables too much.
This is just as delicious with chicken meatballs instead of chicken thighs. Try making them when you have the time and energy! For 2 to 3 servings. Recipe by Recoty.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the greens and tofu to a size of your liking. Cut the chicken thigh meat into bite sized pieces and sprinkle with just a little bit of sake.
- 2
Fill an earthenware or iron pot with the water and soup stock and heat. Once the water starts boiling put in the chicken and the ▼ ingredients. Then when it starts to boil again add in the tofu, put the green in right before serving.
- 3
Check to see if it needs more salt, otherwise, once the ingredients have been fully cooked it's ready. Don't forget to skim off the scum that rises to the surface.
- 4
Garnish with scallions and ginger. That should be enough flavoring for the soup so it's ready to eat.
