In nonstick pan add 1 tea spoon ghee & fry all dry fruits
Now take millet & dry roast in the same pan. - 2
We roast it on mideum low heat till color change. Now we can add ghee in it, again roast it for more time.

Another side in a pan add sugar, saffron, cardamom & double quantity of water. When it boil add milk inthis sweet water.

Stirring continous this mixture. When millet roast proper & smell fresh aroma add sugar suryp in pan. Stir it for proper mix.

Now cover the pan with lid on low heat. Check it after 3 min to press the millet, it cooks or not. Now add fry dry fruits & 1 table spoon decicated coconut in it. Leave it more 2 min to absorb the syrup.

Again check it now it perfect.
Take some ghee & adding pulao. Keep aside for room temperature. (here I use three cup of sugar suryp but generally it's double.) - 7
Now serve it. Delious, healthy& rich super food for all.
