Vegan oatmeal recipe for weightloss

Firstly soak chiya seeds in some water.
Take a nonstick pan add ghee, dry roast oats for 5 to 6 minutes on low heat. When it turns light brown add half cup of water in it. - 2
After one boil of water add soy milk in it. Mix them proper.

Also add cardamom powder. Continues stiring in the pan. Soymilk is thicker than cow or Buffalo milk so there is big chance to burn it. So be careful about it.

Now add chiya seeds and honey in it. Cook it more 2 minutes. At last add dry fruits in it.

Before serve add dry fruits for garnishing. Serve hot. Healthy food for weightloss.
