Presenting a delightful Paneer Curry which is a No Onion no Garlic preparation and it’s purely a healthy treat as it contains super food like Paneer and Cashews.
Steps

Assemble ingredients, make paste of tomato, make paste of cashews along with green chilli + ginger.
Make paste of cumin and Coriander, dry red chilli and keep aside.
Marinade paneer cubes with salt +
Turmeric + red chilli powder and marinade for 10 minutes. - 2
Fry marinade paneer cubes til golden brown and keep aside.

In moderately heated add oil, allow to heat, add bay leaf + cumin seeds + cardamom and allow to crackle. Then add all masala paste + salt + 3 tbsp water and sauté till masala leaves oil.

Then add water and cook for 4-5 minutes under high flame.

Then add fried paneer cubes + salt (as required) + sugar + Garam masala and cook further for 4-5 minutes,, lastly add ghee + Kasuri Methi, simmer and cook for around 2 minutes.
Dish is done. - 6
Serve with Phulka/ Paratha/ Naan / Kulcha and enjoy super food.
