Sprouted Ragi flour Dosa

Take all the needed ingredients.
Here I added fermented rice for making the fermentation easy. If you want to keep the batter for 2more days avoid adding rice. - 2
Soak the washed, whole ragi overnight. Drain the water in the morning and make a potli and leave it for 24 hrs.

It's sprouted,After 24hrs. Spread the sprouted ragi on a plate and sundry it for 1 or 2 days.

Then dryroast around 10mts. Once it cools,Grind nicely. Seive and store for a month.

Now,soak urud dal and methi seeds around 1 hour. Then transfer to a jar and grind well.

Then add flour and grind along with urud dal. Now all combined and turns into a lumpsfree batter. Transfer this into a bowl,add req salt and mix. Leave it for 8 hrs to ferment.

It's fermented,after 8hrs. As usual pour it on a hot dosa tawa. Add oil or ghee,around dosa.
Flip and cook. - 8
That's all. Very healthy and tasty dosa is ready.
