This chaat prepared from left over khakhras.
Make this refreshing chaat for an evening snack or as a party appetizer in no time.

Steps

Crush both khakhras & roasted urad dal papad in a big bowl.

In a pan add 1 tsp ghee/ butter.Add khakhra mixture into pan & roast for 10 minutes until crispy. Once crisp set aside in the pan for 15-20 min. Let it cool completely.

Once mixture cools, transfer it in a bowl. Then add all ingredients. Add cucumber, tomato, bondi, boiled potato, ragi puffs, farsan, roasted peanuts.

Then add green chutney. Add sweet tamarind chutney. Add chopped coriander. Combine all ingredients well.

Serve ready crispy khakhra chaat into plate. Garnish with pomogranate seeds & coriander.
