Steps

Wash kakoda at 2 to 3 times. Cut it into thin slices. Add oil in a pan & shallow fry kakoda slices.

On mideum flame roast them till crispy & brown color. After 5 minutes add jeera in bottom oil to keep aside kaKoda.

When jerra cracked add onion & green chilli slices. Again saute them for more 2 minutes. Now add dry spices on it.

Mix all ingredients proper & cover it on low flame for proper cook. Check it 1 or 2 time.

At last add amchur, garam masala & coriander leaves in it. It ready for serve. It is similar taste of bitter gourd.
