Sunflower seeds have lots of health benefits. The seeds have high anti oxidants, help to reduce heart disease, prevents cancer, combat osteoporosis and thus improving health condition when we are moving towards ageing. It's an excellent source of Vitamin -E required for our bone and skin.
I use , sunflower seeds, regularly in my diet. This time, I have prepared Laddu with roasted sunflower seeds that I have, with other ingredients. The Ladoo are delicious and easy to make.

Arrange and assemble the ingredients.

Make powder of roasted sunflower oil and roasted chickpea dal separately in a grinder jar.

Mix both seeds powder, jaggery powder and mixed chopped dry fruits cardamom powder together.

Add melted ghee little at a time and make the dough. Further mix desicated coconut and roasted sesame seeds.

Prepare ladoos from the dough and roll them on coconut and sesame seeds mixture. Enjoy the yummy ladoos of roasted sunflower seeds.
