Foolproof Stuffed Peppers

I wanted to teach my daughter how to make this delicious and good looking version of a standard recipe.
If you pan fry the stuffed peppers with the meat side down, the peppers will retain their nice green color. Make twice the amount of meat filling and use half of it to make "Yummy and Juicy Deep Fried Ground Meat Patties with Cabbage" -at the same time and take care of your dinner for the following evening too! Finely chop the onion, and microwave for 3 minutes at 500 W. Let cool.

Mix the ● ingredients together.

Combine the ingredients from steps 1 and 2 with the ground meat, salt and pepper, and mix together very well.

Wash the bell peppers, pat dry and cut in half. Remove the seeds while leaving the stem end on.

Put the bell pepper halves and flour in a plastic bag, and shake well to coat the bell peppers.

Stuff the peppers generously with the meat mixture, leaving no gaps. The meat should be mounded up above the pepper.

Heat up a frying pan and add some oil. Line the peppers in the pan meat side down, and brown.

With the peppers still meat side down, add the combined ★ ingredients, cover with a lid and steam-cook. Take the lid off and reduce the sauce.
