Chop the garlic and onion in small pieces. Then pour the olive oil in a deep pan and fry them until it turns golden.

Meanwhile chop the tomatoes in regular sizes and add in the pan as well.

Mix it sometimes until the tomatoes melt. When it happens, reserve a cup of the melted tomatoes and with the rest blend in the blender or mixer.

Now add the reserve cup, the basil, salt and any spices you want in it.

Leave for a couple of minutes and it's ready! Enjoy your tomato sauce! 😊😋
