Bran Flour (Roti)

At first, take a large plate add wheat flour and wheat bran flour in same quantity. Add salt and mix well. Add lukewarm water to it and mix well. Add little more water again and mix it. Knead it for 2 minutes. Add few drops of water to make the dough smooth. Knead it for a minute. Dough is ready.

Cover it and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

After 10-15 minutes knead it again for few seconds. Take small portion of dough and roll it into ball. Dust it with little plain flour. Roll it with rolling pin. Bran flour roti is ready to cook.

Turn on the flame and heat a tawa on high flame. Place the roti on tawa. Cook it for 3-4 seconds and flip it. Now cook the other side properly.

Remove the half cooked roti from tawa and directly on gas flame to the both sides. Roti is ready. Take it out in a plate. Apply ghee on the roti. Bran flour roti is ready to serve. Serve hot with dal, sabji etc as your choice and enjoy...... 🥰🥰
