Nendran banana is specially famous for chips. Mostly fry in edible coconut oil. It can cut and make in round slices or, in long length wise. Simple salty in yellow turmeric color, or spicy sprinkled black pepper powder or red chilli powder on it.
Here, I serve plain salty yellow round and long spicy chilli powdered chips.

Steps

Cut upper top part and bottom end part of the edges nendram bananas. Peel skin of bananas with knife.

Heat a kadai, add edible coconut oil. On a medium high flame, heat it. Take a chips slicer, slice banana in long or round shape directly on hot oil.

Add 2 tsp of turmeric yellow salty water in frying chips, so it absorbs yellow colour and salt too. Fry on slow gas till turns crispy.

Make all chips in same way. Sprinkle chilli powder on fried chips yo make it spicy. Enjoy as a munching or as snacks with hot tea or coffee.
