Wash the rice 2-3 times with water and keep it soaked for an hour.
Also wash and soak the clay Bowl.
Now grind the rice and keep it soaked in milk. - 2
Let the milk heat up in a pan.
When it starts boiling, add saffron and cardamom powder and let it boil.
Now add ground rice to it and let the milk boil till it becomes very smooth and keep stirring. - 3
Now when the rice is cooked, add powdered sugar figs and dry fruits and keep stirring.

Now as your mixture thickness, take it out and late it cool.
Once it gets cold, take them out in an earthen bowl, garnish the dry fruits silver work with figs and raisins and let the Phirni cool in the freezer for 2-3 hours. - 5
