Yogurt Sorbet for the Summertime

Everyone ends up eating tons of iced desserts during summertime. I wanted to serve my family a dessert made with ingredients that I could feel good about.
It's easier to mix if the container is about 1-1.5 cm deep. If it's too hard to mix, let it sit at room temperature for a while. It will soften and be just right. For 5 servings. Recipe by Asamato

Steps

- 2
There's no need to overthink this - you can just eyeball the amounts and it'll still taste great. It feels more like sorbet or gelato rather than a granita.
