For hibiscus sweet ground rice
1/2 cupground rice soaked
1/2 cupmilk
1 tbsphibiscus powder
1 tsprose essence
Pinchpink food colour
1 tbspsugar
For chocolate base
50gm dark chocolate compound
For garnish
Hibiscus and mint

Soak the ground rice for 20mts. Add milk and sugar and cook on low flame stirring

Add hibiscus powder, rose essence and food colour. Cook until it thickens. Keep aside

Melt the dark chocolate or milk chocolate and set in mould of choice

I had not enough so i used to melt the ready made chocolate and thus result was not good as i broke the base while unmoulding

For serving unmould the chocolate base, add hibiscus flavoured rice sweet. Garnish with hibiscus and mint. Serve as dessert
