Ingredients

  • 250boneless chicken
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • Salt
  • 2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1egg
  • 1 tsppepper powder
  • 4 tbsmaida
  • 1/2 cupcorn flakes
  • Oil
  • 2 tspGaram masala powder
  • 1 tspchat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste salt and red chilli powder and garam masala.keep for 1/2 hr

    Beat egg add salt and pepper.take maida in a plate.crush cornflakes and take out in a plate

    Coat chicken with maida the dip in egg mixture then roll in cornflakes and deep fry.

    Deep fry chicken,sprinkle chat masala to serve
