  • 200 mlmilk
  • 1 tbsphealth drink powder
  • 1 tbspReadymade Muesli

    For the health drink powder, roast oats, makhana, almonds, cashews in equal amounts and grind to a powder.

    In a juice jar or glass. Put rose syrup. Add health drink powder, and muesli

    Now add milk and soaked chia seeds
