Heat the oil in a pan

Add in the flour and mix till it browns in colour while stirring to avoid sticking or burning

Then add hot water gradually like you obtain a thick custard like consistency

Then add in the sugar and mix well off the flame

Sprinkle pistachio powder over and it's ready to serve
