Steps

Wash the basil leaves and air dry them, cut the stems

Add garlic cloves after taking out the inside to a mortar pestle(can be done on a blender but I didn’t) and in a circular motion mince
- 3
Add pine nuts and in a circular motion mince
- 4
Add basil leaves and in a circular motion mince, with a spoon clear the sides and mince again. It should be smooth
- 5
Add parmigiano reggiano and mince again. Add olive oil and the consistency should be smooth
- 6
Apply on a sandwich or pasta and enjoy 😊
