Easy To Eat Fish Sausage and Pasta Soup

Soup pasta is slippery and hard to eat for small children, so I skewered fish sausage pieces on it. You can use regular wiener sausages or hanpen fish cake, too.
Use whatever ingredients you have on hand. The seasoning can be Japanese, Western, or Chinese. Skewer 1 to 3 pieces of fish sausage on each strand of pasta. You can make cute cutouts, too. Enjoy making the skewers with your children. For 2 servings. Recipe by Mikki-an

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Break the pasta strands in half. Skewer pieces of fish sausage on each strand. You may want your children to do this.
- 2
Put water, white wine, the skewered fish sausage from step 1, cut up vegetables and soup stock cube in a pot and heat.
- 3
Simmer for the cooking time indicated on the pasta package. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
- 4
Ladle into bowls, sprinkle with grated cheese and coarsely ground black pepper, and serve.
- 5
If you make little decorative cutouts in the center of the fish sausage slices before skewering with the pasta, it will be very cute. You can just cut out the ones for the children. Enjoy making the skewers with them.
- 6
I made a soup with lots of ingredients.
