Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupunsalted, softened, butter
  2. 1/2 cupGranulated sugar
  3. 1/2 cupBrown sugar, packed
  4. 3/4 cupPeanut butter
  5. 1 largeEgg
  6. 1/2 tspVanilla extract
  7. 1 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  8. 1 tspBaking soda
  9. 1 1/2 cupCrushed Butter finger candy bars
  10. 1 cupChocolate chunks (any kind)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare baking sheet with pan spray.

  2. 2

    Cream the butter and sugars with an electric mixer until well combined. Mix in the peanut butter, add the egg and vanilla. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Slowly add the flour, baking soda, crushed butter fingers and chocolate chunks. Mix until well combined.

  4. 4

    Roll the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet about 1 inch apart. Using a fork, press criss cross marks into the cookies. Bake 12-15 minutes or until slightly browned. Let cool slightly, remove to wire rack to cool completely.
