Steps

Wash,peel and grate the veggies.
Keep ready..
Take semolina in the bowl.
Add salt, chilli flakes, chilli coriander and turmeric powder, Fresh coriander and curd. - 2
Now add all veggies and water.
Mix well, cover the lid and leave the Better for 10 minutes.
After the rest check the better consistency,if it is hard add little water and eno.
Stir properly. - 3
Heat the appam pan on gas grease with oil and add one tablespoon in each part of the appam pan and cover it.
After 2-3 minutes flip the appam and again roast for 2-3 minutes.
Remove the appam in the dish..
Make all appam with the same method. - 4
Now appams are ready.
Serve in the dish with tomato sauce and enjoy..😋👌
