The added mayo makes this an easy to eat salad for the kids.

Make sure to squeeze out the moisture from the wakame seaweed and the onion at Step 1 in order to prevent the salad from getting watery. The sesame oil and sugar in the dressing make this salad easy to eat even for kids, who normally don't like raw onion. Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1handful Wakame seaweed (dried)
  2. 1/2Onion (sliced vertically)
  3. 1 canCanned tuna
  4. 2 tbspA.. Mayonnaise
  5. 1 tbspeach A.. Ground sesame seeds, sesame oil
  6. 2 tspeach A.. Sugar, soy sauce
  7. 1 dashA.. Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Rehydrate the wakame seaweed in plenty of water, drain and squeeze out well. Put the sliced onion in a bowl of salted water for 10 minutes, massage with your hands to remove the harsh flavor, drain and squeeze out well.

    Mix the A ingredients (mayonnaise, sesame seeds, sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce, salt and pepper) in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients together.
